NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!
You must contact sales/customer service and provide the necessary information in order to process a return merchandise authorization. 1636 Technology, Inc. reserves the right to deny returned goods after 30 (thirty) days from purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any returned merchandise without a valid RMA number. In the event an item is accepted either by accident or executive decision, you will still need to contact sales/customer support and obtain an RMA number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges on any returned goods including, but not limited to charges accrued shipping the item to 1636 Technology, Inc. or their designated return center, charges necessary to return the item to your location, and any an all other shipping charges accrued in the shipping and returns process. All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to 1636 Technology, Inc. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, 1636 Technology, Inc. Return Procedure will be breached and 1636 Technology, Inc. may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). 1636 Technology, Inc. will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, 1636 Technology, Inc. will assess a 20% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund
